The New York office will be RP3’s first office outside the Washington DC area. It is headquartered in Bethesda, MD.
Previously, Dealy worked at J. Walter Thompson, New York, as the global executive creative director leading accounts including Bayer, Kimberly Clark, Nestle Foods, Kleenex, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Earlier he worked as an associate creative director at DDB New York and as a vice president/copywriter at McCann-Erickson. Over the course of his career, he developed campaigns for clients including Sharpie Mini, Bloomberg, Xbox, Mastercard, and Wendy’s.
He comes to RP3 from communications agency Purple Strategies in Alexandria, VA, where he served as executive creative director for the past three years. He replaces Dylan Bernd, who left the agency late last year for a new opportunity.
